DRIVING SALES AT WINDSONG RANCH


PMG worked with master developer Tellus Group, and a host of volume and custom home builders, to drive awareness of WindingRanch, a lifestyle master-planned community in Prosper, Texas.


We led local and regional outreach efforts and worked with the developer, builders and architects to build excitement around the opening by highlighting the community’s numerous lifestyle amenities. The homes came online just as Toyota announced its relocation to Plano and competition for buyers was high.


The grand opening received more than 1 million media impressions from news outlets across the country including Dallas Business Journal, GlobeSt.com, Dallas Morning News, and ABC. The community went on to receive numerous awards. Today, Windsong is known for being the most popular master-planned community in North Texas and recently added a Crystal Lagoon, which we also helped launch to the public.

MEDIA & PUBLIC PERCEPTION FOR LEVI’S STADIUM




PMG was hired to launch the media relations campaign for the stadium to support sales of suites and premium seats, which would be used to finance the team’s portion of the deal. NFL owners also had to approve $200M in G-4 financing.


The debt financing component was nuanced and complicated, but we were able to simplify the deal for the media and received major coverage in USA Today, Reuters, NY Times, and Silicon Valley Business Journal.


PMG also managed media relations for the construction of the stadium. In total, we garnered $177M in earned media coverage.

BUILDING 3X BRAND AWARENESS FOR PUBLIC RETAILER


At Home’s CEO retained PMG to devise and execute a strategic communications roadmap to improve financial PR, consumer PR and executive visibility, as well as crisis and reputation management.


Over a period of five years, PMG elevated the company’s awareness by 3x through developing robust media campaigns including four financial media tours for the CEO.


Results included coverage with national broadcast and print media, such as CNBC, Wall Street Journal, TODAY Show, Bloomberg, and Yahoo! Finance.


We also managed PR for all store openings as the company grew from 140 stores to 260 currently.
